VIGILEX VL-R

Explosion prevention ventilation panel. Curved valve – depression resistance: 50 mbar.

VIGILEX VL-R is a curved valve custom-made for applications with low depression or working pressure (up to 50% of static pressure for rupture), such as elevators, conveyors, silos, cyclones. With an integrated counter nut that covers the rupture point, the VIGILEX VL-R ensures resistance to mechanical wear. The wide seal provides the VIGILEX VL-R with an ideal airtight seal against dust. The standard rupture pressure is 0.1 bar (max. 0.5 bar) at 22º C (72º F). VIGILEX VL-R is tested after bending to ensure that the rupture pressure is correct.
