STIF Eastern Europe Supports Youth Through the Step in Export Educational Accelerator

STIF Eastern Europe has joined the Step in Export educational accelerator organized by the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development together with the Diia.Business platform. This time, we are not only participants but also a real business case, on the basis of which two student teams — Trade Synergy and STIF Eastern Europe – Step in Export — are developing a comprehensive export plan for our company.

Learning Through Practice

The accelerator participants are motivated, inquisitive, and analytically strong students. They:

  • Research markets and competitive landscapes;
  • Develop logistics and marketing strategies;
  • Work with actual data from our company;
  • Model scenarios for entering new markets.

We have already conducted an online tour of our production facility, where participants had the opportunity to get to know STIF Eastern Europe’s products, technologies, and advantages in detail.

Mentorship as a Bridge Between Education and Business

As part of the program, we hold regular sessions with the students, during which we analyze export plans, strategies, and promotion models. These meetings turn the educational process into practical work with real business challenges.

This is not formal learning — it’s ongoing interaction. I personally mentor two student teams, we meet regularly, analyze export plans, assess the reasoning behind decisions, and strengthen their practical value. Students receive professional feedback, and we gain the opportunity to shape a generation of strategically thinking specialists ready to work on international markets.

The program runs from May to August 2025. But even now, we see results — new approaches, bold ideas, and creative thinking. Initiatives like this not only educate but also shape Ukraine’s export capacity, as talent development is the foundation of sustainable economic growth.

Education and Business — Partners, Not Parallel Worlds

At STIF Eastern Europe, we believe that participation in such educational programs is a win-win approach. Students get the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, and businesses benefit from a fresh perspective and potential future employees.

Together with youth, we are building an export future — practical, technological, and competitive. And it starts today.
