Flameless venting
The flameless explosion venting device VIGIFLAM Vi features a rectangular design and consists of three key components: a robust body, a multi-layer metal filter that cools the flames, and an advanced explosion panel. This stainless steel membrane is intentionally weakened in the center to rupture when excessive overpressure occurs within the protected enclosure.
The primary function of VIGIFLAM Vi is to mitigate the impact of flames produced during an explosion, which would typically be vented through a traditional explosion panel. By containing the flames, it provides enhanced protection for both people and property within a building or facility.
VIGIFLAM Vi is particularly well-suited for use with conveyors, including bucket, belt, chain, and screw types. Its compact and efficient design makes it an ideal solution for safeguarding equipment in industrial environments.
