During the loading or unloading of non-conductive liquids or powders in trucks, electrostatic charges are generated. If the energy accumulates to a critical level, there is a risk of ignition or explosion.

The TES01-V2 grounding control system ensures a reliable and safe connection of the truck to the ground, preventing hazardous electrostatic discharges.

  • Resistance control
    The system checks for low electrical resistance between the grounding clamp terminals attached to the truck.
    If the resistance is below 100 Ω, the charge is safely discharged to the ground.
  • Object capacitance check
    If the parameters correspond to a truck, a green indicator lights up, allowing the loading/unloading process.
  • Continuous monitoring
    The system continuously monitors the connection, preventing the accumulation of hazardous static charges.
  • Emergency shutdown
    If the clamp is disconnected, a red signal is activated, and the process is immediately stopped via a relay interlock.
