Flameless Ventilation Flame Catcher™ is designed to prevent the spread of flames during an explosion, providing protection for equipment, production lines, and personnel. The device is effectively used in dryers, mills, filters, cyclones, and other industrial processes where there is a risk of a dust–air mixture explosion.

Inside the Flame Catcher™, multiple layers of metal mesh form a flame-extinguishing element. It cools the hot gases and dust to a temperature below the ignition point, trapping particles inside the device. At the same time, explosion gases are safely vented outside, preventing secondary ignition.
