The STIF Eastern Europe team participated in the STIF Group Global Sales Team Meeting—an international event that brought together representatives from the Group's companies across France, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Asia, and North America.
Over the course of two days, participants exchanged professional experience, explored the latest technological innovations, and discussed the future development of STIF Group's products and services. Such meetings play a vital role in strengthening international collaboration, fostering closer cooperation among Group companies, and maintaining a consistently high standard of technical support for customers worldwide.
STIF Group – An International Team of Experts
The Global Sales Team Meeting brought together representatives from companies with extensive expertise in bulk material handling, explosion protection, and industrial safety.
STIF France is the Group's headquarters and main manufacturing facility, established in 1984. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing equipment and components for the handling, storage, and processing of bulk materials. It is the birthplace of innovative solutions widely used in grain handling, feed production, food processing, woodworking, cement, and many other industrial sectors.
STIF Iberica supports the Group's activities in Spain and Portugal, providing technical assistance, engineering expertise, and advanced solutions for customers in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
STIF Asia and STIF Suzhou represent STIF Group throughout the Asian market. Their activities focus on regional market development, technical support, product adaptation to local requirements, and the implementation of international projects.
A significant contribution to the meeting came from STUVEX by STIF Belgium, STUVEX Nordic, and STUVEX UK. These companies specialize in explosion risk assessment, explosion protection engineering, safety calculations, and the implementation of comprehensive explosion protection solutions for facilities operating in hazardous environments.
The North American market was represented by Boss Products LLC, which supports the promotion of STIF Group products, provides technical assistance, and develops the Group's partner network across the United States and Canada.
New STIF Group Solutions for Enhanced Industrial Safety
One of the highlights of the meeting was a technical seminar dedicated to the latest developments in explosion protection and industrial safety.
Participants were introduced to the newest solutions from Vigilex and StuvEx, designed to protect industrial equipment from the consequences of dust explosions, as well as the independent explosion hazard audit services provided by ISMA.
Particular attention was given to modern approaches in:
- Dust explosion risk assessment;
- Explosion protection system design;
- Explosion isolation and flame propagation prevention;
- Implementation of integrated protection systems in compliance with European legislation and ATEX Directives.
Special interest was also drawn to the solutions developed by the Swiss company RICO, particularly its high-speed protective valves. These valves are used not only in industrial applications but also in ventilation systems for protective shelters and bunkers, providing protection against blast waves and overpressure.
