In 2023-2024, Director Yaroslava Moskalenko, Legal Counsel Olesia Tkachenko, and Deputy Director for Administrative Activities and Sales Olena Niemtsevа successfully completed the Export Academy training program, organized by Visionest Institute.
This intensive educational program is part of an international initiative aimed at supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs and strengthening the export potential of small and medium-sized businesses.

What Is the Visionest Institute Export Academy?
The Export Academy is an educational program designed to help Ukrainian companies enter international markets. The program is funded by the Government of Estonia and implemented in cooperation with ESTDEV (Estonian Centre for International Development).
Key areas of study:
- International market analysis and export strategy development
- Building effective business models for export
- Selecting sales channels and establishing relationships with foreign partners
- Logistics, customs procedures, and legal aspects of international trade
- Marketing and sales in international markets
Our Export Plan for Entering the Polish Market
As part of the training, our team developed an export plan for entering the Polish market, which included:
- A comprehensive analysis of Poland’s grain logistics and storage market
- Identifying key potential partners and sales channels
- Adapting our products to comply with EU standards
- Optimizing our marketing strategy to attract Polish customers
Poland was chosen as a strategic market due to:
- High demand for bulk material processing components
- Geographical proximity and convenient logistics
- Growing need for modernizing grain elevator equipment
- Significant grain production in Eastern Europe: According to Trade Map, Poland produces over 30 million tons of grain annually, a substantial portion of which is exported
- Rising grain exports: In 2023, Poland exported over 8 million tons of grain, reflecting an active market and an increasing demand for modern logistics solutions
