STIF Eastern Europe has successfully completed an important stage of integration into the European market as part of the Ukraine-Ready4EU: Business Bridge program, implemented by the European Innovation Council and the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EISMEA) with funding from the European Union. This grant support enabled us to certify our products in accordance with EU Regulation No 10/2011, paving the way for new export opportunities.
Our polymer elevator buckets have undergone certification testing at the SGS St Etienne du Rouvray laboratory (France).
Scope of Testing:
- Bisphenol A content – confirmed absence (compliant with French Law n°2012-1442).
- Compliance with EU Regulation 10/2011, which sets standards for materials in contact with food products.
- Compliance with Regulation 1935/2004/EC, ensuring the safety of materials used in the food industry.
- Sensory test under German standard LFGB Section 31 – confirmed absence of foreign odors and tastes.
Applications of Polymer Elevator Buckets
The certification allows our polymer buckets to be used in the food industry, particularly in:
- Milling enterprises – transportation of grain, flour, and animal feed.
- Sugar and salt industries – handling bulk food products such as sugar, salt, and starch.
- Oil and fat industry – conveying oilseeds, pressed products, and meal.
- Animal feed production – transportation of granules, powdered components, and feed additives.
- Dairy and confectionery industries – handling powdered milk, cocoa powder, and flour mixes.
- Brewing and distilling industry – moving barley, malt, and yeast in production processes.
