STIF Eastern Europe took part in a video interview highlighting the achievements and impact of the EU4Business program on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine. Our Experience: Market Research in Hungary and Romania
A key focus of the interview was the market research conducted in Hungary and Romania, which played a crucial role in our project’s implementation.
This research allowed us to assess the competitive landscape and define the best strategies for entering new markets. We analyzed logistics capabilities, product demand, and the key challenges Ukrainian manufacturers face in Europe. As a result, we developed an export roadmap and are already putting it into action.
How This Has Benefited Our Business?
- Identified the most effective marketing channels for the Hungarian and Romanian markets.
- Refined our export strategy based on analytical insights.
- Strengthened our presence on the B2B marketplace EUROPAGES.
- Launched a new production line, enabling us to manufacture products that meet European partners’ requirements.

- Participated in the AGROMASHEXPO international exhibition in Budapest in January 2025, a key step in building new global partnerships.
