As part of the EU4Business: Recovery, Competitiveness, and Internationalization of SMEs program, our company was selected as one of 12 Ukrainian SMEs to receive grant support totaling €480,000 to implement strategic development initiatives. The funding is aimed at modernizing production facilities, enhancing energy efficiency, and expanding export capabilities.

In this context, we had the honor of welcoming Ilona Knyshuk and Tetyana Matskiv, representatives of GIZ Ukraine, to our production site. This visit was not merely a familiarization tour, but rather a recognition of our ongoing efforts and international potential.
We see that the company has a clear development strategy and well-defined plans to enter new markets. Initiatives like this demonstrate that Ukrainian businesses are fully capable of competing with European manufacturers.

During the visit, we presented:
- The technical solutions already being implemented as part of the program;
- Our upgraded production line;
- Our key export markets and international partnerships;
- Our roadmap for continued digital transformation and marketing strategy adaptation.
For us, participation in this program is not just about financial support. It represents international recognition and an opportunity to become part of a new European industrial ecosystem. Our mission is to make Ukrainian engineering products visible and competitive on the global stage.
The GIZ team commended the company’s growth trajectory and its proactive approach to digitalization and marketing transformation. The meeting took place in a constructive and open atmosphere, with a strong focus on practical tools and measurable outcomes.
